It was really good and that's why we choose AA over other airlines.

Seats are uncomfortable but let room was adequate. The snack is pretty weak and the staff not particularly friendly.

We landed in San Diego from Fresno 10 min late and our gate was occupied. We waited OVER AN HOUR to get to the gate and didnt get any updates about what was happening until I asked. Then we were told it would be another 5 minutes....which turned into 25. My wife was waiting in cell phone lot over an hour and finally had to leave. It cost me $40 cab ride and a fight with my wife. THanks for nothing Alaska Air.

The flight was delayed for 2 hours and the last delay was not communicated and had to check manually.

Loved the airport. The announcements for boarding were too loud & echoing in the large waiting area, so hard to follow. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Everything was great. Flight was on time with no issues. It was a short connecting flight so ww didn't have food offered. The gate we got off at was very close to our connecting flight gate so that was very easy.

Pilot warned us it was going to be bumpy, which I usually like when it is, but it wasn't, so I spent most of the flight unnecessarily wondering when it was going to get rough. Just can't win sometimes. Ha!

Flight was changed twice. Original flight was scheduled at 5:30pm. Weeks before flight, flight was changed to 7:00pm. On the date of flight, flight was delayed and departed at 9:00pm. This caused many problems and significantly affected our schedule at our destination.

They canceled the flight 30 minutes prior to departure without any heads up.
