Schedule and on time departure and arrival were great. The crew was good, but a change in aircraft bumped many of us from our expected seats. It was a crowded flight, but the cabin crew did their best to keep things under control.

The crew was attentive but not intrusive, and was always kind in every interaction.

Austrian airline they cancel my fight , and the couldn’t give me flight , they said only available flight 4th and after , I sacked for refund, even from you KYAK , and tell now no any refund , because what happened I lost more money because I have to stay in hotel and then I buy new ticket

Management and staff att viena wasn’t professional,and they are not good by how to communicate and solve the problem, I was shocked , as I know Austrian airlines was amusing Thank you

I bought the ticket a month before my flight but checked in couple hours before my flight and had to wait seat assignment just before take off. On top of that there was not enough room in the overhead bin for my luggage.

The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.

Tight connection from Austrian Airlines made this challenging. Our luggage did not make it, delivered the next day at noon. Flight itself was very full, not especially comfortable.

The flight was late. We accommodated other missed flights, and the plane was full of people, without space to store carry-on luggage. They lost our checked luggage for the entire flight and delivered it after two days.

Overall pleasant flight . The lunch was exceptional! Delicious chicken curry with perfect rice and amazing chocolate (Sacher torte) for desert. I have not eaten such a good airplane meal in a very, very long time.

Flight attendants were awful, very rude and inconsiderate for mothers with small infants traveling.

Thankful for 2-4-2 economy seating. Food was ok. Free beer & wine in economy was nice. Served hot dinner, mud- flight snack and pre-arrival ham sandwich. Seat with pillow & blanket. Reasonable movie options. Overall, a good experience. IBERIA APP is terrible terrible terrible.... needs to get upgraded to equivalent of TAP Airlines App. No option to bid or request an upgrade. Very disappointing.

Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.

My luggage did not get to my Miami destination/home. I am waiting for it 24 hours later.

As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.

Flight was delayed by well over an hour. Communication was terrible.

This flight was a code share for both Iberia and American Airlines and run by what I assume is a charter company Level. It was difficult if not impossible to get a seat assigned, check bags or use any customer service functions. I would skip it!

Rude security cunts. However the lady that issued my boarding ticket when I was flying back from New York was lovely & helpful!!

Staff not so nice, very dirty bathrooms, things in the hallways, food was not very nice.

Flight reservation was canceled withou notice had to spend the night in the airport

The 6 hour delay with minimal updates was not handled well. After many complaints from most of the un-boarded passengers, food vouchers were offered. The catering strike meant there was no food or snacks on the plane. Beverage service was heavily impacted, only water or juice was available. The staff at the gate was kind enough to inform that "if you want to eat on the plane, you will need to bring it on when boarding".

Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.

It was fine. The seating was tight. My husband is 6' 2", so we were glad to get seats with no one in front of him. I was glad that the plane wasn't packed so I could spread out.

Glasses of water very small, no any snack and at the second time that the air attendant serve water or juice, she ignored us, only some passengers had something to drink.😕

I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

No food. No Bluetooth for entertainment. Crying babies thought the cabin instead of placing them in the corners.

i missed my connecting flight nec there was no boarding announcement at the airport and my money in the medium luggage was stolen worth 400 cad with my other currency collections. My luggage also got damaged and the code was changed. i hope this will be looked into and i get my stolen money back.

Would’ve be better if I can come back home on the schedule time not seven hours later I was travelling with very small, personal backpack and I didn’t have space to put it because other people they were coming with three carry-on, and they taking all over their places for the suitcases

Flight delayed 3 times and also delayed again and by the time I reached Sydney, I couldn't get my Virgin Air as my flight was delayed and I was asked to contact here and there and asked to go to this and that terminal and was told there's no other flight as flights are all full to Melbourne. Thank God, at the very last minute, I was put into Qantas and didn't arrive till 7.30 pm in Melbourne instead of 2 pm. Will never use Air Canada again. Besides, the sittings is so tight and can hardly stretch a bit and eat without elbowing my side passengers. It was indeed a very uncomfortable flight.

The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.

It was a good flight. The boarding was smooth and timely managed. They offered in advance to dispatch cabin luggage at no cost. I suggest to add a snack and basic drinks. There was only water provided in the cost of the ticket.

Food should be provided according to the passengers selection. In flight entertainment system must be updated with latest devices and applications. Proper over head headset must be provided rather than providing cheaper ones.

In a half empty plane LH put me on the only row in Economy plus were 3 people were sitting. Instead of asking either one of us if we'd like to switch to an empty center row , they moved people from the back to the empty middle rows. In the end I felt cheated because I paid more for my seat and lost out.

+ Clean, modern plane. - Despite the cabin had only 50% occupancy I was cramped in a row with 2 other people. Almost all other rows had only 1 person. I would have expected the airline to offer assistance other than a flight attendant to tell people in the back of the plane to find available seats. Next time I will not purchase an upgraded seat and hope I get my personal row for free.

Flight okay...my issue is with the flight from Frankfurt to Philadelphia

Delayed, took forever to get luggage out of the flight. Worst short flight within Europe we've had.

Rude staff and seats are only can accommodate small people. If you 6 feet and up be ready for struggle.

This was an American Airlines flight. The crew were very unhappy and quite grumpy. Abrupt to the point of being rude. The food was dreadful. Indeed the breakfast was in edible. I will avoid AA at all costs in the future.

We were kept waiting at the gate for 2 hours without explanation

Almost 3 hour delay. First because the crew was late. Then a technical problem with the airplane.

Yogurt only for the last meal was not what I could eat. choice of a croissant or other item would be preferred. It's a busy time, though, so i understand.

The 1st flight was delayed by 7h. We missed the connection flight. They rebooked us another flight after 8 hours lay over and we had to take another connection flight after 6 hour lay over. Overall experience was horrible

Superb staff, ingenious seating in Club class. Superb food and service. Loading and unloading. Ample cabin overhead luggage space. But the earphone socket was damaged and did not give binaural audio. Very hard to follow a film over the engine noise. Nor could I get to play Sudoku for want of instructions.
