My baggage did not with me , which upset the item that were inside as gifts . Well over 24 hours .

Very close to on-time takeoff and landing. Attendants were all great - Julia was best! Joined the Alaska Air Rewards and will fly with them again!

I had never flown Alaska before but I definitely will again . Their app is great and the staff was nice , the plane was clean and comfortable . I've been trying to think of something to complain about but I honestly cannot think of anything . And Alaska itself - wow! Such beauty everywhere out there

It was really nice as always and i enjoyed the flight this time around wasn't as much turbulence.

There were no gluten free snacks and it wasn’t clear how to access entertainment.

watching out the window as the loaders bounced the luggage onto the carts as it was deplaned made me understand why some of my bags have been destroyed on the airline.

entertainment (use your own hardware) was difficult and I don't like tiny tiny screens for movies. "we're locking the bathrooms" messge came as they locked them. how about a warning, e.g. we will lock bathrooms in 15 on our final approach...

First time having to use a wheelchair after a surgery. It was great and they were so very helpful and accommodating.

My flight was delayed in Fairbanks by 45 minutes with no explanation. My next flight was delayed 3 hours in Anchorage then cancelled altogether. Alaska Airlines App was not helpful as it auto-booked me to reach home 2 days later than planed. And I had to fly back to Fairbanks if I wanted to continue with that change. The only real assistance I received was from the Alaska Airlines gate counter supervisor. She was able to get me home one day earlier. This was my 1st experience with Alaska Airlines and it will be my last.
