Pros. Location. Just off I-24 and only 10-15 minutes to most attractions in the area.
Cons. Room was very small, and had a funky smell. Tiny breakfast area in lobby, minimal choice of food.
Pros. Payal at the front desk. All the staff was friendly to my family and pets. Gave us an upgrade. Room was clean. Would definitely stay there again!
Cons. It is time for new mattresses. Otherwise I would have trouble finding anything else wrong. A few more choices on the free breakfast bar?
Pros. Pleasant place to stay. Clean room. We had to change rooms because the first one smelled like smoke, but they did it without a problem.
Cons. Nothing
Pros. It was not a bad hotel, the staff was friendly and the rooms were small but clean. It's not bad if your just staying for a night or two. Would not recommend for a long stay.
Cons. Wish the beds would of been a little more comfortable, they need to update there beds. The bathroom is very small. Need to refresh the rooms better.
Pros. Close to many activities.
Cons. No linen or towel refresh.
Cons. I wanted to find zero hairs on the pillows and sheets and towels, but instead I found at least 10 and stopped counting. There was mystery stains all over the comforter; red and white... There were spots on the towels and the floor was sticky. It obviously had not been cleaned between guests and there's no way those sheets had been changed. The room had clearly been recently "remodeled" but it still felt dirty. Despite the remodeling the overall feel of the hotel and the room was unsettling. My friend and I stayed there for about 6 hours total and that was more than enough. We did bond over our mutual hatred of the room, so if you're looking to get closer to the person you're staying with, this is a good place to go.
Pros. Very nice room - no complaints
Cons. breakfast was disappointing. Orange juice was made from powder, no coffee or hot water for tea, a typically poor quality motel offering
Cons. House keeping left a giant hair ball in the tub and it didn't smell clean. Very small rooms and beds... even smaller bathrooms.
Pros. Non-smoking floor
Cons. Moldy, musty odor coming from the ventilation system; low-quality bedding - thin sheets, skimpy blanket, and comforter with holes from cigarette burns
