Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the area. We were not able to get a pickup from out hotel which was a disappointment. I tried for 25 minutes and only got a recording that said they'd be right there. I gave up and Ubered over.Cons:

The only staff who was thoroughly professional and courteous was the driver who picked us up from the second branch.Cons:
The staff at the original branch of booking were unprofessional and unapologetic. They first staff member kept me on hold for an extended period of time after asking to confirm my 8am pickup on the day of the scheduledpickup. Later, another staff was on the phone and I had to repeat the information only to be told that they had no pickup service. I was not informed by the local branch that my pickup location had changed. Moreover, when I called a week before to have a pickup service (instead of me picking up the car), I was not informed that my branch of booking did not provide pickup service. Finally, I had requested an 8am pickup at the hotel. The driver from the other branch did not arrive until 9am. The car choice could have been better. Since we were on a week long road trip in the rental, the smaller than usual gas tank was a major inconvenience in the desolate parts of our trip.10.0 Wonderful

Customer service doesn't answer the phone. We had multiple issues with the car that probably could have been resolved by phone but they are not answering their phone lines due to covid. Emails take 5 days to get a response. We ended up having to drive 2 hours out of our way to take the car back because we just wanted to switch to another company.Cons:

Nothing at this location, which was at the Four Queens Casino.Cons:
After booking our car, we took a Lyft across Las Vegas, and upon arriving at the hotel to pick up a car, I get a call saying there are no cars left. How was I able to reserve one then, just 45 minutes ago? Beyond that, the girl working the Avis desk was pretty dismissive about the situation, and offered no solutions. Customer service is not A wise career choice for her. We had to call all over town looking for a rental company with a one-way rental car (we had a cancelled flight and needed to drive back to Oregon asap). After several calls and searching various companies, we end up finding a car... WITH AVIS! How could the Avis worker we just spoke to not look that up? So, back into another Lyft to take us basically to the part of the strip that we had just come from! We spent about $40.00 on just taking Lyft in a circle. The Monte Carlo Avis staff was great and upgraded us for free, but that will be for separate review, as we had to make a separate reservation for that car.8.0 Very good

I was sent to 3 separate locations in order to find a lot that actually had a car. All rides I had to pay for. I was supposed to pick my car up by noon and didnt end up with one until late evening.Budget

Pros:
I went to me “go-to” auto rental place and they were too expensive ! Thankfully I came across Kayak! And I found the perfect rental from Budget at a jaw dropping rate. I actually went back about 10 times (if not more) to confirm the price because I couldn’t believe the low rate I was getting. The day I went to pick up Rosario was incredibly helpful and she made the process very easy (it had been a stressful morning), but she did everything in her hands to made sure we got what we needed. Excellent friendly customer service.Cons:
The only complaint I have is that the vehicle hadn’t been completely cleaned when I picked it up. There was trash in the back seat pocket and soda stains on the inside of the back doors.4.8 Mediocre

Overall the vehicle was very nice and the location of the rental kiosk was very convenientCons:
Our car wasn't ready when we got there. At first we were told we wouldn't even be getting the convertible that we asked for because both of the vehicles they had were due for maintenance and dirty. Finally the guy helping us went out to check them and after waiting for 45 from our original pickup time so that they could clean it, we were able to get the car we had reserved. It was a pleasant experience from that point forward but I was not impressed with them not having a car ready that had been reserved with 24 hours notice.10.0 Wonderful
