Cons:lack of transparency and trying to take poor consumer for a ride by charging excessive amounts for insurance coverage. they will not accept a credit card with no imprint - i was forced to use my AMEX card and thus spent on foreign transaction fee vehicle not ready trying to feed you to other vendors to sell you holiday vacation they are not on airport - your have to take shuttle to go their lot - acceptable but believe the offering as on airport was misleading. no supervisor or manager to address / listen to your grievance
Pros:The car was clean and ran well. Once we found out we were required to buy their insurance, we did get a free upgrade.
Cons:They saturate websites like kayak with their $2/day deal, but you are required to buy their insurance at upwards of $29/day which brings you to normal rental car prices. Many people at the counter were in shock. It takes away any opportunity the buyer had to value shop. We figure there was some sort of twist so we weren't terribly surprised when we discovered what it was, but many people were in outrage. They didn't have the extra several hundred dollars. Also we had to wait over an hour for them to get the car to us. Ridiculous!
Pros:Manager eventually got more helpful. Trip back to airport was good, driver helpful.
Cons:45 minutes to wait in line with 3 agents and 6 people in front of me. Having filled out paperwork, knowing what car I requested, only then did they tell me that that kind of car was not available for another hour. Luckily manager stepped in, tried to upsell me but ultimately got me vehicle within 15 minutes that was a little smaller but would work. Entire process took almost 2 hours with no where to wait inside. Family exhausted and pissed for the start of our vacation. They need to figure something out, won't do this to myself again.

Cons:1. They force you to buy insurance. At least 27.5 US dollars a day + tax. So get ready to pay at least double what is quoted online 2. It will take at least 2 hours once you get to the car rental to get a car. The place is tiny. 3 agents working, and it takes them at least 20 minutes to get through one customer. Then, after signing all the papers, you wait another 30-45 minutes outside to get the car. 3. The check out process is quick. Takes 20 minutes or so. 4. The car was okay.
Cons:There was no car waiting for us when we went to pick it up - they'd given it to someone else! We had to spend $1100 to get another car the size we needed (minivan) from another company (Budget). Terrible!!
Cons:Fox said they are open 24hr and the terminal counter till 11pm. We arrived approximately 10:45pm and the counter was closed. There was no shuttle from the terminal to the off site Fox rental area. We were stranded! with bags, people and all... We ended up renting from Dollar Rent a car. Thankfully they had someone at the airport and made us a new reservation. The price was about double, but in that situation there wasn't much else we could do.
Pros:Nothing
Cons:Bunch of cheaters trying to get you in with attractive price, ending up with 5 times more than was initially promised. We had to spend three hours including returning back to terminal and later getting 3 times less expensive weekly rental with Hertz. Be careful with discussing a total final price with them INCLUDING all taxes, airport fees and especially insurance - which will cost you more than 20$ a day. They tell you that it is a local law to have it - it is NOT true. You can have your own insurance and refuse theirs. We will never use Fox again and advise all our friends to do the same.
Cons:Plain and simple Fox rental is the kind of thing you see on 'Holiday Nightmares'. Their quotes online are very cheap (in retrospect I should have realised there was a catch) because when you arrive they start talking about the mandatory insurance. Despite the protestations of everyone in the queue, they stick to the script and force you to choose one of three insurance options ranging from $30 - $50 per day. So the $170 quote I got for 8 days' rental turned out to be over $450 with the insurance and local taxes. I saw a lot of people leave and go elsewhere, which is what I would recommend. I stayed and paid the extra as I didn't want the stress on my holiday, which is exactly what they want to happen. Stick with a bigger brand that you know is not going to rip you off. These guys should be stopped as they are crooks, plain and simple, and they know it.
Cons:$350 por una semana. No se podía cargar el GPS porque el encendedor del vehículo no servía, la carga debía hacerse en la habitación del hotel y si acaso alcanzaba para media hora. Frenos del vehículo en pésimo estado, tanque de agua sin tapón, tenía un plástico cubriendo la abertura. El peor alquiler que he realizado. Estoy esperando el resultado del reclamo. $350 per week. Could not charge the GPS because the cigarette lighter did not work, had to do it in the hotel room, this charge only works for half an hour. Vehicle brakes in poor condition, water tank capless, had a plastic film in the opening. The worst rent I have done. I'm waiting the outcome of the claim.
